It’s time to Equip Rural Women in Peru
Alpaca Pan Peru was born thanks to Julia’s idea to create a platform for the rural women in Peru to commercialize their products in the United States. Partnering with the Pan Peru nonprofit, Julia recruited Pedro and Stephen to help her build the website and gain the first 20 customers.

Was awarded the 2015 Outstanding Youth of The Year. She is bilingual and graduated from VCU with a degree in biomedical engineering and minored in chemistry, math, and biology. Julia’s passion for health and STEM inspired her to create a platform where Americans can buy handmade alpaca clothes.

Stephen Smith
Was honored to receive the All-American Lacrosse Player award in 2017. He is studying at the University of Virginia, pursuing his passion for economics and finance. Stephen has built schools in Honduras for the past 3 years, which encouraged him to join Alpaca Pan Peru.
