What is your shipping policy?

Your order should arrive within 7-10 days of ordering. We track your orders. You can contact us to get updates about tracking. Please contact us if your order does not arrive in 10 days. You may choose to be issued a full refund or to be shipped another product of equal value with no additional cost.

DOMESTIC

We currently only ship within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL

Contact us if you would like to ship your order to Peru. Depending on the time of year, we may also be able to ship to Peru. Please note that the 7-10 day shipping policy as stated above does not apply to international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% refund for products that are returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please contact us before returning the product so we can give you the return address. You can also exchange a product for a different size or color at no extra charge besides the shipping fee.

Can I order custom made knits?

Yes! Contact us to send us the design you want and we will contact the women to get a quote for your design. You should receive the quote within 5-10 business days. The quote will also include the estimated date of arrival. The return policy applies to custom made knits.

Can I order wholesale?

Absolutely! Wholesale orders may take longer to fill, especially if the order is more than the number of products we have in stock. Please contact us for a wholesale order and we will send you a quote.
